Babah Nyonya was said to be the love child between Malay and Chinese cuisine it certainly works and created a series of culturally unique dishes. March will be the month where the guests feast on these unique dishes.
For Peranakan promotion, be spoilt for the and indulge the fantastic dishes such as tenderly braised "Itik Sioh" , unfogettable Nyonya Penang Otak-otak", and the spicy yet aromatic "Nyonya Seafood Laksa". "Lemak Udang Nenas" which is creamy curry creative combination of prawns and pineapple. In addition, "Nyonya Fish Curry" is a surpringly refreshing dish and "Nyonya Ikan Sumbat" which us cooked in Nyonya style stuffed fish. Krill, an underrated crustacean has also made it into the main ingredient of "Cincalok Omelette" Lastly, to end guests'dinner buffet with a little bit of Nyonya desserts for the sweet tooth such as the "Pulut Inti", "Kuih Apam Merah", "Nyonya Kuih Talam" and many more.
